Teal Spring Subdivision

We’re performing all the site work for the Teal Spring Phase I development consisting of approximately 32 lots on 30 acres. We’re moving 60,000 cubic yards of material and installing 8,500 feet of water, sewer and storm sewer utilities. We’re also tasked with the site preparation for 14,000 square yards of concrete and asphalt.
